泡沫掺量对磷渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:以磷渣粉、水泥和粉煤灰为复合胶凝材料,采用化学发泡法制备泡沫混凝土。试验确定了泡沫混凝土的基准配合比,研究了泡沫掺量对泡沫混凝土流动性、干密度、强度、干缩性和吸水率的影响。结果表明:确定的水泥60%、磷渣粉24%、粉煤灰16%及外掺10%磷石膏为泡沫混凝土的基础配合比,泡沫的掺入可以增大泡沫混凝土料浆的流动度、减小混凝土干密度、降低混凝土强度、增大收缩值和吸水率。

Effect of foam content on foamed concrete with phosphorus slag and fly ash

    Abstract:In this study,the preparation of foamed concrete with phosphorus slag powder,cement and fly ash as composite cementitious materials was prepared by chemical foaming method. The experimental study was done to determine the ratio of foam concrete to reference,and the effect of foam volume on the fluidity,dry density,strength,dry shrinkage and water absorption of foam concrete. The results show that the fundamental mix proportion of foamed concrete is 60% cement,24% phosphorus slag powder,16% fly ash,10% mixed with phosphogypsum. Mixing foam can increase concrete slurry fluidity of foamed concrete,reduce concrete dry density,reduce the strength of concrete,and increase shrinkage and water absorption rate.
