低密度改性发泡水泥的热力学性能研究

    摘要:胶凝材料选用普通硅酸盐水泥,采用物理发泡法制备发泡水泥试块,研究了水胶比、密度等因素对发泡水泥热力学性能的影响。结果表明,密度是影响发泡水泥热力学性能的重要因素;水胶比的变化直接影响发泡水泥的导热系数和抗压强度。随着水胶比的增大,发泡水泥的导热系数下降。当水胶比为0.35时,发泡水泥表现出最优的力学性能。

Study on the thermodynamic properties of low density modified foamed cement

    Abstract:In this study,the use of ordinary Portland cement,the physical foaming method to prepare foam cement test block, the effect of water binder ratio,bulk density and other factors on the thermodynamic properties of foamed cement were studied. Through the research: Density is an important factor affecting the thermodynamic properties of foamed cement. The change of water binder ratio has a direct impact on the thermal conductivity and compressive strength of foamed cement. With the increase of the ratio of water to cement,the thermal conductivity of foamed cement decreases. When the ratio of water to cement ratio is 0.35,the foamed cement exhibits the best mechanical properties.
