陶粒泡沫混凝土与陶粒EPS混凝土性能的试验研究

    摘要:针对自保温墙体材料,设计了2种基于陶粒混凝土的新型保温材料——陶粒泡沫混凝土与陶粒EPS混凝土。设计混凝土密度等级为700级,通过改变陶粒掺量为15%、20%、25%、35%,研究了陶粒掺量对这2种混凝土强度、保温性能、吸水性及收缩的影响。结果表明,制备的陶粒泡沫混凝土导热系数可低至0.09 W/(m·K),陶粒EPS混凝土抗压强度可达4 MPa,收缩率在0.25%以下,吸水率较低。综合来看,陶粒EPS混凝土性能较好;陶粒掺量显著影响混凝土性能。

Experimental research on the performance of ceramsite foam concrete and ceramsite EPS concrete

    Abstract:Ceramsite foam concrete and ceramsite EPS concrete are designed as two new kinds of self thermal insulation wall material in this paper. The density grade of both kinds of concrete is 700. The effects of ceramsite dosage on the concrete strength,heat preservation,water absorption and shrinkage are studied with the ceramsite dosage of 15%,20%,25% and 35%. The results show that the thermal conductivity of ceramsite foam concrete can be as low as 0.09 W/(m·K). Compressive strength of ceramsite EPS concrete is 4 MPa and shrinkage rate is under 0.25% with lower water absorption. Ceramsite EPS concrete has better performance. Ceramsite dosage significantly affects the performance of concrete.
