建筑物外墙墙面不同节能保温材料的性能分析

    摘要:建筑外围结构应用于墙体表面,可有效的降低建筑物表面及内部温度,并对建筑物起到保护作用。搭建了2个一定比例下的建筑物模型,通过实验测试了太阳辐射强度对无保护涂料下的箱体各个方向表面温度的影响,然后测试了不同成分涂料和不同颜色瓷砖对箱体内外温度的影响,最后研究了添加二氧化钛的改良涂料的节能保温性能。研究结果表明:不同颜色和成分的涂料对建筑物的节能保温效果差别较大;同等成分下,白色瓷砖的反射率大于其它颜色的反射率;聚丙烯类涂料相比于酚醛树脂类涂料,具有较好的节能保温特性;添加5%二氧化钛的白色聚丙烯类改良涂料保温性能优于其它传统的涂料,同时也可获得建筑物墙体的美化效果,可为以后建筑物外墙涂料的选择提供理论依据。

Performance analysis of different thermal insulation materials for building exterior wall

    Abstract:The external structure of the building can be applied to the surface of the wall,which can effectively reduce the surface and internal temperature and protect the building. Two building models are built in a certain proportion,and firstly measured the effect of solar radiation intensity on the box in all directions without protective coatings,and then tested the effect of different composition and different colors of paint tile body on inside and outside temperature;finally,the energy saving and thermal insulation properties of the modified coating with the addition of titanium dioxide were studied. Research results show that:Different color and composition of the paint on the building,the energy saving effect is different. The reflectance of white ceramic tile is greater than that of other colors in the same composition. Compared with phenolic resin coating,polypropylene coatings have better energy saving and thermal insulation properties. The insulation performance of white polypropylene modified coating with 5% TiO2 is better than other traditional coatings,meanwhile it can obtain the beautification effect. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of building exterior wall paint.
