荷叶疏水剂对无砂透水混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:引入新型荷叶疏水剂进行透水混凝土的研制,结果表明:荷叶疏水剂用于透水混凝土是可行的,透水混凝土中掺入荷叶疏水剂后,抗压强度有一定提高;疏水剂透水混凝土配合比的最佳参数为:目标孔隙率为20%,水灰比为0.28,荷叶疏水剂掺量为4%。分析表明,当有效孔隙率大于23.8%时,疏水剂透水混凝土的透水系数将超过未添加疏水剂的透水混凝土;引入该疏水剂使透水混凝土的微观结构更加致密,并且具有均匀的蜡质小凸起,形成荷叶疏水效果。

Study on the effects of lotus leaf hydrophobic agent on no-fines pervious concrete performance

    Abstract:The new lotus leaf hydrophobic agent was introduced to the research of pervious concrete. The results show that hydrophobic agent used in pervious concrete is feasible. The compressive strength will be improved after adding hydrophobic agent,the optimum parameters of hydrophobic concrete were the goal porosity 20%,water cement ratio 0.28,hydrophobic agent 4%. The analysis shows that when the effective porosity is more than 23.8%,the permeability coefficient of hydrophobic concrete will exceed its not added. The microstructure of hydrophobic concrete added hydrophobic agent is more compact and have uniform waxy small salient,which formed the lotus-effect.
