型钢高强混凝土界面粘结性能研究

    摘要:基于型钢高强混凝土推出试验,探究混凝土强度、保护层厚度、横向配箍率及试件锚固长度对型钢高强混凝土粘结强度、应力分布、粘结滑移本构关系的影响。结果表明:不同试件荷载-滑移曲线变化规律基本相同,试件粘结应变沿长度方向呈指数规律分布。不同因素对型钢高强混凝土粘结强度影响较为显著,随着混凝土强度等级的提高、保护层厚度的增加、横向配箍率的增大,型钢高强混凝与粘结强度逐渐提高,平均粘结应力逐渐增大;试件锚固长度对型钢高强混凝土平均粘结应力影响较小。基于回归分析得出型钢高强混凝土粘结-滑移本构关系式。

Study on interface bond behavior between shaped steel and high-strength concrete

    Abstract:Based on the push-out test of shaped steel high-strength concrete,the behavior between shaped steel and high-strength concrete were studied. Effects of different factors on bond strength,stress distribution and bond slip constitutive relationship of shaped reinforced high strength concrete were also conducted. All these factors including strength grade of concrete,thickness of concrete cover,crosswise stirrup ratio and anchorage length. The research results show that the variation law of bond-slip curves of different specimens is basically the same,and the bond strain of specimen is exponential distribution along the length of specimen. Different factors significantly affect the bond strength of shaped steel high-strength concrete. With the increasing of concrete strength grade,thickness of concrete cover and stirrup ratio,the bond strength of shaped steel high-strength concrete increased,and the average bond stress also increased gradually. The average bond stress of shaped steel high-strength concrete shows less influence by the anchor length of specimen. Based on the regression analysis,the bond-slip constitutive relation function of shaped steel high-strength concrete is presented.
