SnO2光催化涂料的制备及其降解NO效果研究

    摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在N2气氛中制得N-SnO2光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等手段对其进行表征。N-SnO2为金红石结构,比表面积为48.3 m2/g,孔径主要分布在5.7 nm处;N-SnO2的禁带宽度为3.1 eV,可以吸收紫外光和部分可见光。利用硅溶胶/硅酸钾溶液与氟碳乳液复配得到基料,然后将N-SnO2与消泡剂、增稠剂、分散剂等助剂加入基料中充分搅拌研磨均匀,制得SnO2光催化涂料,考察SnO2光催化涂料对NO的光催化降解效果,结果表明,SnO2光催化涂料对NO的光催化降解效率达到38.5%。

Study on preparation of SnO2 photocatalytic coating and the effect of NO degradation

    Abstract:N-SnO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method in N2 atmosphere,and its characterization was carried out by means of XRD,SEM,UV-Vis and other means. N-SnO2 is rutile structure,the specific surface area is 48.3 m2/g,the pore size is mainly distributeed in 5.7 nm,the band gap of N-SnO2 is 3.1 eV,which can absorb ultraviolet light and part of visible light. Using silica sol/potassium silicate solution with fluorocarbon emulsion mixed by binder,and then adding N-SnO2 and defoaming agent,thickening agent,dispersing agent and other additives to the base material and stirring grinding evenly,the SnO2 photocatalytic coatings were prepared. The photocatalytic degradation effect of NO on SnO2 photocatalytic coatings was investigated,and  results show that the NO photocatalytic degradation efficiency of SnO2 photocatalytic coatings was up to 38.5%.
