湿拌砂浆保塑时间与重塑的试验研究

    摘要:保塑时间能体现湿拌砂浆的技术特点,对生产与应用更有指导意义。通过试验研究了湿拌砂浆在不同存放时间的各项性能,结果表明,湿拌砂浆稠度变化率小于30%,表观密度变化率小于5%时,湿拌砂浆可以保持较好的施工性能和浆体稳定性,如果此时湿拌砂浆抗压强度等力学性能指标满足砂浆设计标准要求,可以将此时的湿拌砂浆存放时间确定为保塑时间。重塑会导致砂浆抗压强度大幅下降,应当严格禁止湿拌砂浆的重塑。

Research on plasticity preservation time and re-plastic of wet-mixed mortar

    Abstract:Plasticity preservation time can reflect the technical characteristics of wet-mixed mortar,and have more guiding significance to the production and application. The experimental studies on each performance index of wet-mixed mortar have been done in different storage time. The results show that the wet-mixed mortar can maintain good construction performance and stability of slurry when the consistency change rate less than 30%,and the apparent density change rate is less than 5%,if the mechanical properties of met-mixed mortar such as compressive strength meet the requirement of mortar design standards,the wet-mixed mortar storage time at the moment can be sure to the plasticity preservation time. Re-plastic will lead to a substantial decline in the compressive strength of mortar,it should be strictly prohibited.
