水泥基质感抹面砂浆的开发研究

    摘要：在典型抹面砂浆的基础上开发了具有抹面、质感二合一功能的水泥基质感抹面砂浆。测试结果显示，在增加14%的20～40目粗砂以增强质感效果后，通过增加可再分散乳胶粉用量（从2.8%提高至3.5%或更高）制备的水泥基质感抹面砂浆仍可以符合JG 149—2003《膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统》的要求。

The development and research on cement-base texture base coat

    Abstract：Based on the typical base coat，a new 2in1 base coat was developed with rendering and texture function. The testing results show that，after increasing the 14% 20～40 mesh coarse sand to enhance the texture effect，it can still meet the requirements from the standard JG 149—2003 "External thermal insulation composite systems based on expanded polystyrene"，by increasing the amount of redispersible powder（increased from 2.8% to 3.5% or higher）.
