不同温度下矿渣对硫铝酸盐水泥水化的影响

    摘要:研究了温度分别为30 ℃和50 ℃时,掺入矿渣对硫铝酸盐水泥凝结时间、抗压强度、化学收缩、电阻率和水化产物的影响规律。结果表明,当温度为30 ℃时,掺入矿渣后水泥浆体的凝结时间明显缩短,化学收缩和电阻率均明显减小,当矿渣掺量为10%时,水泥浆体的3 d和28 d抗压强度基本没有降低;当温度为50 ℃时,水泥浆体的凝结时间比30 ℃时显著缩短,化学收缩减小,矿渣掺量为10%的水泥浆体和空白组的28 d抗压强度均明显降低,其28 d龄期时的钙矾石生成量比3 d龄期时明显减少。

Influence of slag on the hydration of sulphoaluminate cement under different temperatures

    Abstract:The influence law of slag on the setting time,compressive strength,chemical shrinkage,electrical resistivity and hydration products of sulphoaluminate cement under the temperatures of 30 ℃ and 50 ℃ were investigated respectively. The results showed that when the temperature was 30 ℃,the setting time of cement paste was shorten obviously with slag,the value of the chemical shrinkage and the electrical resistivity also decreased obviously. When the content of slag was 10%,the compressive strength of cement paste of 3 d and 28 d remained unchanged roughly. When the temperature was 50 ℃,the setting time of cement paste was obviously less than that under 30 ℃,the value of chemical shrinkage decreased,the compressive strength of cement paste of control group of 28 d decreased obviously,and the strength of cement paste of 28 d when the dosage of slag was 10% also decreased obviously,the amount of ettringite after 28 d of hydration was obviously less than that of 3 d.
