汉中地区传统夯土民居生土墙体材料改性试验研

    摘要:以汉中地区的素土为原料,采用工业废弃物矿渣微粉和天然农业废弃物麻纤维为改性掺料,按照不同种类、不同比例加入激发剂制备改性土样试块,并对16组试块进行了抗折、抗压试验,通过试验研究了不同种类碱性激发剂改性生土的激发效果。结果表明:激发剂的总添加量在5%较为适宜,Na2SiO4前期激发效果较差,后期激发效果增长明显,激发剂的激发效果为:(Na2SiO3∶NaOH=1∶1)>(Na2SiO3∶NaOH=1∶2)>NaOH>Na2SO4>Na2CO3;添加麻纤维可使得抗折强度得到明显改善,但抗压强度有所降低。该研究结果可为汉中地区传统夯土民居墙体材料的改性提供参考。

Modification experimental research on rammed earth material for Hanzhong rural traditional houses

    Abstract:With Hanzhong soil as raw material,the natural waste slag powder and natural agricultural wastes sisal fiber resources as modifiers,the modified soil samples were prepared respectively by different modifier types and proportions of activators,and flexural and compressive experiments of sixteen sets of specimens were contrasted,and the alkali-activated effects of different types of activator improving the strength of raw soil material were studied by experiments. The results showed that the total amount of activated agent should not be too much and 5% is appropriate,and the previous activated effect of Na2SiO4 was poor,and the late activated effect of Na2SiO4 improved obviously,and the activated effect is(Na2SiO3∶NaOH=1∶1)>(Na2SiO3∶NaOH=1∶2)>NaOH>Na2SiO4>Na2CO3. Sisal fiber added can improve the flexural strength significantly,but decrease the compressive strength. The research results can provide effective reference for modified rammed earth materials in Hanzhong rural traditional houses.
