具有新风功能的预制节能墙板热工和力学性能研

    摘要:采用试验研究和理论计算的方法对一种新型的具有新风功能的预制保温节能墙板热工性能和力学性能进行研究分
析。用热工试验方法测得预制节能墙板的保温、通风、传热等热工数据,通过理论计算得出传热系数等参数,并与传统的砌体填充墙的相关参数进行对比分析。通过对预制保温节能墙板施加正常使用情况下的荷载,得出预制节能墙板的强度、刚度等受力性能。

Study on thermal and mechanical performance of prefabricated energy-efficient wall panel with ventilation function

    Abstract:The paper studies on thermal and mechanical performance of a new-typed prefabricated energy-efficient wall panel with ventilation function by experiment and theoretical calculation. The data about thermal insulation,ventilation and heat transmission measured in thermodynamic test and heat transfer coefficient calculated through theoretical calculation are contrast analyzed with relevant parameter of the traditional masonry filler wall. Strength and stiffness of the prefabricated wall panel are calculated under the load during normal use.
