加气混凝土自节能墙体温度应力数值模拟

    摘要:加气混凝土能满足建筑节能65%的要求,因轻质、保温、优异的抗震性能同时兼具一定强度,被广泛的用作建筑结构填充墙。在使用普通水泥砂浆砌筑和抹面时,容易出现墙体热桥、表面砂浆开裂、脱落等问题。针对加气混凝土墙体在使用过程中出现的温度应力以及温度变形,运用ANSYS 软件进行模拟分析。结果表明,外抹保温砂浆后,墙体基体在冬季、夏季的温度变化分别降低1.668 ℃和5.315 ℃,嵌固墙板界面处温度应力降低49%,自由墙板界面处温度应力降低30%,墙体变形也更小。

Numerical modeling on temperature stress of aerated concrete energy-saving wall

    Abstract:Aerated concrete can meet 65% of building energy efficiency. It is widely used as an infilled wall of building structure because of its light weight,good insulation,excellent seismic performance and certain strength. In the use of ordinary cement mortar masonry and wiping the surface,prone to wall thermal bridge,surface mortar cracking,shedding and other issues. In this paper,the temperature stress and temperature deformation of the aerated concrete wall during the application have been analyzed by ANSYS software. The results show that the temperature of the wall substrate is reduced by 1.668 ℃ and 5.315 ℃ in winter and summer respectively,and the temperature stress is reduced by 49% and 30% at the interface of the build-in wall and free wall. Wall deformation is also smaller.
