生物污泥陶粒加气混凝土砌块生命周期CO2排放量

    摘要:提出了生物污泥陶粒加气混凝土砌块生命周期CO2排放量计算模型与公式,计算了烧结淤泥页岩陶粒生产阶段CO2排放因子和陶粒加气混凝土生命周期CO2排放量,为反映生物污泥陶粒加气混凝土砌块的CO2排放水平,将计算结果同粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块、烧结普通砖和烧结空心砖碳排放进行了比较,数据表明,A3.5、B06和A5.0、B07级生物污泥陶粒加气混凝土砌块生命周期CO2排放量分别为449.15和437.90 kgCO2/m3,A5.0、B07级外墙砌块碳排放量较粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块和烧结空心砖分别升高了45%和36%,而与烧结普通砖相比则减少了10%。生物污泥陶粒加气混凝土砌块碳排放量远高于粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块和烧结空心砖是由于大量使用了陶粒这一高碳排放原料,因此,若想降低其碳排放,可从降低陶粒生产碳排放入手。

Analysis on carbon emission for biological sewage sludge ceramsite aerated concrete block based on life cycle assessment

    Abstract:This paper established the calculation model and formulas about carbon emission of ceramsite aerated concrete block based on life cycle assessment and calculated the carbon dioxide emission factor of fired sewage sludge shale ceramsite of its production stages and sewage sludge ceramsite aerated concrete block of its lifecycle. In order to reflect the emission levels of sewage sludge ceramsite aerated concrete block,compared the result among autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete block,sintered common brick and fired hollow brick. The result showed,the life cycle carbon dioxide emission of A3.5,B06 and A5.0,B07 sewage sludge ceramsite aerated concrete block was 449.15 and 437.90 kgCO2/m3. The carbon dioxide emission of outer wall block A5.0, B07 was 45% and 36% higher than autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete block and fired hollow brick,while 10% lower than sintered common brick. The carbon dioxide emission of sewage sludge ceramsite aerated concrete block was much higher than autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete block and fired hollow brick because of the extensive use of ceramsite,which is carbon-intensive materiel,therefore if we can reduce carbon dioxide emission of ceramsite so that to decline its carbon dioxide emission.
