预制轻骨料混凝土空心结构墙板热工性能试验研

    摘要:预制轻骨料混凝土空心结构墙板是一种新型的建筑围护结构板材。设计A、B、C、D 4种不同断面的墙体,进行热工性能试验。结果表明:在夏热冬冷地区,4种断面墙体的传热系数K及D值均符合GB 50189—2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》要求;在寒冷地区,C、D两种断面墙体的传热系数符合规定, 且只有C墙体满足建筑节能要求;外墙增加水泥保温砂浆后热工性能有所改善,将内置水泥空心管换成挤塑聚苯板保温条后热工性能有较大提升,外墙增加挤塑聚苯板及混凝土面层后保温隔热效果最优,热稳定性相对最佳。

Experimental study on thermal performance of precast lightweight aggregate concrete hollow wallboard

    Abstract:Precast lightweight aggregate concrete hollow structure wallboard is a new type of peripheral structure panel. Four different sections of the wall marked A、B、C、D were designed to carry out thermal performance test. Test results indicate that the heat transfer coefficient K and thermal inertia index D of four section walls comply with the specifications of GB 50189—2015 "Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings" in hot summer and cold winter area;the transfer coefficient K of section wall C and D comply with the specification at cold area,while only section wall C meets the requirements of building energy efficiency in cold area;the thermal performance has been improved after external wall added cement mortar,and has greatly improved after extruded polystyrene board replaced hollow cement pipe,thermal insulation effect and thermal stability are the best after external wall added cement mortar extruded polystyrene board and concrete surface layer.
