聚丙烯纤维增强磷渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土性能的试

    摘要:以复合硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,用磷渣粉和粉煤灰取代部分水泥,用磷石膏作为激发剂,以化学发泡法制备泡沫混凝土。探讨了聚丙烯纤维长度、掺量对泡沫混凝土强度和收缩值的影响。结果表明:随着聚丙烯纤维长度的增加,泡沫混凝土7 d、28 d的抗折、抗压强度及收缩值先增加后减小,在聚丙烯纤维长度为9 mm时,抗折和抗压强度都达到最大,而收缩则最小;随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,泡沫混凝土的7 d、28 d抗压、抗折强度先增加后稍有降低,收缩先减小后略有所增大;当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.25%时,抗压、抗折强度都达到最大值,收缩最小。

Experimental research on properties of phosphorous slag and fly ash foam concrete reinforced with polypropylene fiber

    Abstract:Foam concrete was prepared by using composite Portland cement as cementations material,cement replaced with phosphorus slag powder and fly ash,phosphorus gypsum as excitant with chemical foaming method. The influences of polypropylene fiber length and content on the strength of foam concrete and shrinkage were discussed. The results showed that with the increase of the length of polypropylene fiber,the flexural strength,compressive strength and shrinkage of foam concrete 7 d,28 d increased first and then decreased. When the polypropylene fiber length is 9 mm,flexural and compressive strength reached the maximum value,while the shrinkage value is the least;with the increase of the quantity of polypropylene fiber,foam concrete 7 d,28 d compressive strength and flexural strength increased first and then decreased slightly,the shrinkage value decreases first and then increases slightly. When the polypropylene fiber content is 0.25%,the compressive strength and flexural strength reached the maximum,while the shrinkage value is the smallest.
