铁尾矿基云母与长石制备多孔型建筑保温材料的

    摘要:以铁尾矿中提取的云母与长石为原料,添加适量发泡剂碳化硅,采用高温发泡成型工艺制备无机多孔保温材料,探讨了制备过程中原料配比、粒度、发泡剂用量等对保温材料的孔隙率、闭孔率、体积密度和导热系数的影响。结果表明:当云母与长石的质量为1∶1,发泡剂用量为云母和长石总质量的0.55%,1120 ℃烧结1 h时制备的保温材料的体积密度为358 kg/m3,闭孔率为82.05%,抗压强度为1.82 MPa,导热系数为0.084 W/(m·K)。

Study on preparation of thermal insulation porous architecture material by mica derived from  iron tailings and feldspar

    Abstract:The inorganic porous thermal insulation material were prepared based on feldspar and mica derived from iron tailings,with addition of silicon carbide vesicant by using high temperature foaming. The influence factors such as the ratio,granularity and foaming agent of raw material on the porosity,closed pore content,volume density and thermal conductivity for thermal insulation material were discussed. The results showed that when the ratio of mica/feldspar was 1∶1,the amount of vesicant was 0.55%,sintering temperature was 1120 ℃ and  maintained 1 h,the volume density of resulting material was 358 kg/m3,closed pore content was 82.05%,compressive strength was 1.82 MPa,thermal conductivity was 0.084 W/(m·K).
