环保型铁路用高强聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

    摘要：采用环保型增塑剂和溶剂，以聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯（MDI）合成预聚体，以3，3'-二氯-4，4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷（MOCA）为固化剂，研制环保型双组份聚氨酯防水涂料。通过对预聚体—NCO含量、聚醚多元醇配比、MOCA用量和软硬段比对性能影响的研究，制备的双组份聚氨酯防水涂料力学性能优良，环保性能同时符合GB 19250—2013《聚氨酯防水涂料》中有害物质限量以及TB/T 2965—2011《铁路混凝土桥面防水层技术条件》中对聚氨酯防水涂料的要求。

Preparation of environment friendly high-strength polyurethane waterproof coating

    Abstract：The environment friendly double-component polyurethane waterproof coating was prepared by environment-friendly plasticizer and solvent，prepolymer with polyether polyol and MDI，and MOCA as curing agent. The influences of polyether ratio，—NCO content，MOCA content，ratio of soft and hard segment on the performance were investigated. The results of application performance indicated that the high-strength polyurethane waterproof coating exhibited excellent physical and mechanical properties. The environmental performance showed the limits of harmful substances met the standard requirements of GB 19250—2013 "Polyurethane waterproof coating"，and the performance met the requirements of TB/T 2965—2011" Technical conditions for waterproofing layer of railway concrete deck".
