清水混凝土配制与施工关键技术研究

    摘要:近年,清水混凝土相关研究与工程应用得到快速发展。为了进一步促进清水混凝土研究的深入、推动清水混凝土工程质量的提高,以济南轨道交通全清水混凝土工程建设为依托,开展了针对清水混凝土配合比设计、表观质量评价方法、质量通病预防等配制与施工关键技术的系统研究。工程实践表明:采用的清水混凝土专用配合比设计方法、清水混凝土表观质量评价方法、清水混凝土质量通病预防应对措施等清水混凝土配制与施工关键技术可行、有效,取得了良好的工程应用效果。

Research on the key technology of the preparation and construction of fair-faced concrete

    Abstract:In recent years,the related research and engineering application of fair-faced concrete has been developed rapidly. In order to further promote the in-depth research of fair-faced concrete and improve the engineering quality of the fair-faced concrete,with the rail transport fair-faced concrete project as the backing,to carry out the system research on mix design,apparent quality evaluation method,quality defects prevention,the key technology of the preparation and construction of fair-faced concrete. Engineering practice shows that the key technology of the preparation and construction of fair-faced concrete,the fair-faced concrete special mixed ratio design method,apparent quality evaluation method,quality defects prevention measures,is feasible and effective,and achieved good effect of engineering application.
