ZnO和ZnO/C光催化涂料的制备及其去除NO性能研究

    摘要:以乙酸锌为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂、二乙醇胺为络合剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制得前驱体,将该前驱体分别在空气和N2气氛中煅烧,制备ZnO和ZnO/C两种光催化剂。以硅溶胶/硅酸钾溶液与氟碳乳液为基料制备ZnO和ZnO/C两种光催化涂料。通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等手段对两种光催化剂进行表征,并测试涂料的性能及涂料去除NO的效果。结果表明:ZnO/C中C的质量含量为8.0%;ZnO和ZnO/C中的ZnO均为六方纤锌矿结构,ZnO/C中ZnO形貌呈六方纤维状;ZnO/C的比表面积为24.5 m2/g,光吸收边为408 nm,对应禁带宽度2.96 eV。光催化测试结果表明,在氙灯照射70 min时,质量掺量为1.0%的ZnO和ZnO/C光催化涂料对NO的去除率分别为37.8%和77.5%。

Study on preparation of the ZnO and ZnO/C photocatalytic coatings and its performance of NO abatement

    Abstract:The precursor was obtained from using zinc acetate,anhydrous ethanol and diethanol amine as complexing agent by sol-gel method. ZnO and ZnO/C photocatalyst were prepared using the precursor through calcination in air and N2 atmosphere,respectively. The ludox/potassium silicate and fluorocarbon paint emulsion was binder to fabricate the ZnO and ZnO/C photocatalytic coatings. The ZnO and ZnO/C photocatalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis. The properties of coating and the effect of NO abatement were investigated. The results indicated that the mass content of C in ZnO/C photocatalyst was 8.0%. The ZnO structures in ZnO and ZnO/C both were hexagonal wurtzite,and the ZnO structures in ZnO/C was hexagonal threadiness. The specific surface area of ZnO/C is 24.5 m2/g. The optical absorption edge of ZnO/C is 408 nm and the band-gap energy reduces to 2.96 eV. The photocatalytic activity test results showed that the NO reduction rate of photocatalytic coatings incorporating 1.0% of ZnO and ZnO/C were 37.8% and 77.5% under xenon lamp irradiation within 70 min.
