利用昆钢嘉华矿渣粉配制碱矿渣水泥试验研究

    摘要:针对云南省昆钢嘉华生产的高炉磨细矿渣粉,利用氢氧化钠与水玻璃配制碱溶液激发矿渣活性,通过正交试验研究水玻璃模数、碱溶液浓度、溶矿比对碱矿渣水泥凝结时间、流动度、强度等性能的影响,并用扫描电镜对其水化产物进行微观分析。试验表明,在不使用缓凝剂的情况下可以使得碱矿渣水泥凝结时间符合GB 175—2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》规范要求。

Experimental research of alkali activated slag cement by using Kunming Jiahua Cement Co. Ltd's slag

    Abstract:The activity of Kunming Jiahua Cement Co. Ltd's slag was activated by configuring sodium hydroxide and water glass to alkali solution. The research on the influence of setting time,fluidity and strength on the performance of alkali activated slag cement was studied through adjusting three major factors like the modulus of water glass,concentration of alkali solution,and ratio of solution and slag's quality by using the orthogonal experiment method. The hydration products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The test results showed that the setting time of alkali activated slag cement could meet the specification of GB 175—2007 "General Portland Cement" without using any retarder.
