拉结钢筋与自保温砌体专用砌筑砂浆的粘结锚固

    摘要:通过42根拉结钢筋在自保温砌体专用砌筑砂浆中的拔出试验,讨论了砂浆强度等级、钢筋锚固长度和钢筋直径等粘结锚固因素的影响作用;回归得出极限粘结强度随砂浆劈裂抗拉强度、钢筋直径和钢筋锚固长度变化的计算公式;基于Hasofer-Lind可靠度方法计算钢筋的粘结锚固长度,提出拉结钢筋在蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温砌体中的埋置长度设计建议。

Study on a bond-anchorage mechanism between steel bar and self-insulation special masonry mortar for concrete blocks

    Abstract:Through the 42 pull-out tests of steel bar embedded in special masonry mortar,the effects of mortar strength grade,steel bar anchorage length and steel bar diameter on bond-anchorage mechanism are all analyzed. Through the statistical regression,the ultimate bond strength formula among splitting tensile strength,bar diameter and length change of anchorage special is established. The reliability analysis of bond-anchorage ultimate state is conducted by Hasofer-Lind method,and the embedment length design suggestion is proposed.
