有机保温材料弯曲性能试验标准研究

    摘要:弯曲性能是有机保温材料力学性能的一个重要参数,但是目前有关标准对其表征比较多元,指标要求相差也较大,相关的试验方法标准也有差异,这些问题对客观描述有机保温材料本征性能都有不利影响。试验结果表明,不同有机保温材料的负荷-弯曲变形曲线会有不同;弯曲断裂负荷选用最大负荷更科学;2种标准测得的弯曲断裂负荷是有可比性的,比值为1.68;2种标准测得的弯曲变形不具备可比性。并对有机保温材料的相关标准指标给予了客观评价。

Research on bending properties test standards for organic thermal insulation materials

    Abstract:The bending performance is an important parameter for mechanics performance of the organic insulation materials. However the test methods are diversified,and the evaluation indexes are quite different, also the related test method standards are different. These problems have adverse effects on the estimation of the intrinsic properties objectively for the organic insulation materials. The experimental results show that the different organic insulation material load-bending deformation curves are different,The maximum load is more scientific for bending fracture load,the two standards measured bending fracture load is comparable,the ratio is 1.68,the two standard measured bending deformation is not comparable,the paper gives an objective evaluation for index of organic insulation materials.
