工艺条件对泡沫混凝土发泡过程的影响

    摘要:以超细粉煤灰和钢渣超微粉为主要原料,掺加水泥和铝粉发泡剂制备发泡混凝土。系统考察了水灰比、发泡剂铝粉掺量、发泡温度等对发泡混凝土发泡过程的影响。结果表明,随着铝粉掺量、水灰比和发泡温度的增大,发泡终止时间缩短,最大发泡体积、发泡倍率、发泡初始速度、发泡最高速度及发泡平均速度增大。工艺条件对发泡倍率的影响程度依次为:铝粉掺量>发泡温度>水灰比;对发泡平均速度的影响程度依次为:发泡温度>铝粉掺量>水灰比。

Effect of process conditions on foaming process of foamed concrete

    Abstract:Solid waste foamed concrete was prepared by using the ultrafine fly ash and the steel slag as the main raw material with cement and aluminum powder foaming agent. The influence of some factors including water-solid ratio,aluminum powder content and foaming temperature on the foaming rate were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of content of aluminum powder,water solid-ratio and foaming temperature,the maximum foaming volume increased,the foaming termination time shortened,the foaming ratio increased,the initial foaming speed increased,the highest foaming speed increased,the average foaming speed increased. The influence degree of process conditions on foaming ratio are:the content of aluminum powder>foaming temperature> water-solid ratio,the influence degree on the foaming average speed are:foaming temperature>the content of aluminum powder> water-solid ratio.
