大掺量粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的改性研究

    摘要：采用苯丙乳液对大掺量粉煤灰泡沫混凝土进行改性，对其改性后的物理性能和不燃性进行分析研究。结果表明，掺加苯丙乳液可以改善泡沫混凝土的物理性能，苯丙乳液的最佳掺量（折固）为水泥和粉煤灰总质量的3.5%。利用扫描电子显微镜对试样进行了微观分析，探讨了苯丙乳液对泡沫混凝土的改性机理。

Modification research on the foamed concrete with high volume fly ash

   Abstract：The foamed concrete with high volume fly ash was modified with styrene acrylic emulsion，the physical properties and non-combustibility of the foamed concrete were researched. The results showed that：the physical properties of the foamed concrete were improved after mixed with styrene acrylic emulsion，the optimum solid content of styrene acrylic emulsion was 3.5% total mass of cement and fly ash. The microstructure of specimens was analyzed by scanning electronic microscope and the modification mechanism of styrene acrylic emulsion on foam concrete was explored.
