喷涂速凝橡胶沥青在变形缝处的试验研究

    摘要:为了解喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂层在变形缝处的适应性,研究防水涂层的抗水压能力与变形缝张开量之间的关系;采用2.0、2.5和3.0 mm 三种喷涂厚度,研究在极限水压0.6 MPa条件下,涂层厚度对防水性能的影响。结果表明:在嵌缝材料充填完整的情况下,橡胶沥青涂层可用于变形缝变形量小于100%时的较高水头压力环境下的变形缝防水;速凝橡胶沥青涂料固化后厚度会缩减,实际喷涂厚度应比设计要求厚1 mm;涂层厚度对防水性能没有明显影响。

Experimental research of the spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt used at movement joints

   Abstract:In order to explore the adaptability of spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating used at movement joints,the relationship between waterproof ability of coatings and the opening value of joints was studied. Three types of thickness of waterproof coatings,2.0、2.5 and 3.0 mm are adopted to study the influence of coating thickness on waterproof capacity under the extreme water pressure 0.6 MPa. The results show that spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt can be used at movement joints in case of higher water pressure when the deformation of joints is less than 100% and joints are fulfilled by joint material. The thickness of coatings is reduced after solidification,therefore actual spray coating thickness is 1 mm thicker than design requirements. The coating thickness has less effect on waterproof ability.
