木质素基聚氨酯改性沥青防水涂盖料的制备及性

    摘要:以天然可再生的木质素部分替代常规石油基聚醚多元醇,制备出木质素基聚氨酯改性沥青,分别采用粉煤灰及滑石粉为填料,制备2种不同的木质素基聚氨酯改性沥青涂盖料,研究了填料的种类及掺量对木质素基聚氨酯改性沥青涂盖料物理性能及老化性能的影响。试验结果表明:木质素基聚氨酯明显改善了基质沥青的高低温性能;以粉煤灰为填料的木质素基聚氨酯改性沥青涂盖料具有更好的的物理性能及耐热氧老化、耐紫外老化性能。

The preparation and performance study on lignin-based polyurethane modified asphalt waterproof coating

   Abstract:By using natural renewable lignin to replace conventional petroleum based polyether polyol to prepare lignin-based polyurethane modified asphalt. Then,the fly ash and talcum powder were used as filler,for preparing two different kind of lignin based polyurethane modified asphalt coating. The effects of the type and dosage of filler on physical properties and aging properties of lignin based polyurethane modified asphalt coating were investigated. The test results showed that:lignin based polyurethane could obviously improve the high and low temperature performance of the asphalt,lignin based polyurethane modified asphalt coating with fly ash as filler had better physical properties,heat oxygen aging,and ultraviolet aging resistance.
