纤维素改性水溶性聚氨酯性能试验研究

    摘要:为提高水溶性聚氨酯注浆材料(WPU)的性能,在其中加入羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),研究温度、HPMC用量对WPU胶凝时间和遇水膨胀率的影响及HPMC用量对浆液力学性能的影响。结果表明:温度升高能促进WPU凝结成胶;20~60 ℃时HPMC的加入能延缓WPU凝结成胶;60~80 ℃时HPMC因达到胶凝温度而丧失缓凝效果,使得浆液胶凝时间缩短。温度的升高和HPMC的加入均能使浆液的遇水膨胀率增大,且温度对遇水膨胀率的影响效果强于HPMC的作用;HPMC的加入能够改善WPU的力学性能。

Experimental study on the properties of water-soluble polyurethane modified by cellulose

    Abstract:In order to improve the properties of water-soluble polyurethane grouting material(WPU),hydroxy Propyl methylcellulose(HPMC) was added into WPU to study the effect of different temperature and different percentage of HPMC on the gelation time and water expansion rate of WPU and the effect of HPMC percentage on the mechanical properties of WPU. The experimental results show that the increase of temperature can promote the gelation of WPU; when the temperature at 20~60 ℃,the addition of HPMC can delay the gelation of WPU,when the temperature at 60~80 ℃,HPMC reached its own gelation temperature,losing the retardation effect,and gelation time become shorter. The increase of temperature and the addition of HPMC can increase the water expansion rate of WPU,and the effect of temperature on water expansion rate is stronger than that of HPMC. The addition of HPMC can improve the mechanical properties of WPU.
