钢桥面防水体系粘结强度敏感性研究

    摘要:为了研究温度、湿度、铺装厚度等因素对钢桥面防水体系层间粘结强度的影响,依托港珠澳大桥钢桥面铺装工程,通过正交试验对防水体系各结构组合粘结强度的敏感性进行了研究。结果表明:基于各组合粘结强度对拉拔速率的敏感性,确定了组合Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ适宜的拉拔速率分别为50、10、10 mm/min;组合Ⅰ层间粘结强度的敏感性排序为:湿度>温度>底漆厚度,组合Ⅱ、Ⅲ层间粘结强度的敏感性排序为:温度>铺装厚度>湿度;通过比选试验,确定了组合Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的最优方案均为A2B1C1。

Study on the bond strength sensitivity of steel bridge deck waterproof system

   Abstract:In order to research the effects of temperature, humidity,pavement thickness and other factors on the interlayer bond strength of the steel bridge surface waterproof system,this paper relies on the steel bridge deck pavement of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge,the sensitivity of the bond strength of the various structural combinations of the waterproof system was studied by orthogonal test. The results show that based on the sensitivity of the bonding strength of various combination to the pull-out rate,the optimum pull-out rate of combination Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 50,10 and 10 mm/min,respectively. The sensitivity of the
bonding strength between the combination I layers is:humidity>temperature>primer thickness,and the sensitivity of the bonding strength between Ⅱ and Ⅲ layers is:temperature>pavement thickness>humidity,the optimal scheme for the combination of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,
Ⅲ is A2B1C1 through the comparison test.
