两性型聚羧酸减水剂的制备与应用性能研究

    摘要:探讨两性型聚羧酸减水剂的合成工艺,设计采用含氨基的中间体衍生物(MAAL)与丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)、异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG2400)共聚,通过试验得到适宜的单体摩尔比、聚合温度、滴加反应时间等最佳工艺参数。红外光谱仪和凝胶色谱分析表明,合成减水剂MAALPC分子引入的官能团与预先设计基本相符,分子质量大小适中且分布较为集中。MAALPC的混凝土减水率为28.6%,且具有优良的混凝土中后期增强效果。

Study on synthesis and application performance of amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer

   Abstract:Synthetic process of amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer was studied. An intermediate derivative product with amino group(MAAL),maleic anhydride(AA),sodium methallyl sulfonate(SMAS) and isoamyl enol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG2400) were used as the monomers and directly polymerized into the superplasticizer. The suitable parameters of synthesis process such as molar ratio of monomers,polymerization temperature,dropping-reaction time were investigated through experiments. The analysis indicated through infrared spectrum and gel chromatography,which molecular functional groups of the superplasticizer were basically for design idea in agreement,and some kinds of moderate average molecular weight were more distributed concentration. Water reducing rate of concrete mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer MAALPC was 28.6%. And in the case of middle and late compressive strength of the concrete with it,there was an excellent effect of enlargement.
