降黏型聚羧酸超塑化剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:通过2-氨基-4-甲基-5-磷-3-戊烯酸乙酯(AMEPA)、3-三甲基硅氧基-2-丁烯酸甲酯(MSDMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG),在引发剂(APS)和链转移剂(TGA)作用下进行自由基溶液聚合,制备成降黏型聚羧酸超塑化剂。性
能测试结果表明,该产品应用于混凝土中具有降黏性和增强效果;同时具有高保坍性,低敏感性,适应性好,可实现混凝土质量的稳定控制。

Study on preparation and properties of viscosity damping polycarboxylic superplasticizer

 Abstract:Viscosity damping polycarboxylic superplasticizer was prepared by free-radical solution polymerization using 2-amino-4-methyl-5-phosphono-3 pentenoic acid carboxyethyl ester(AMEPA),3-(trimethylsilyloxy)crotonic acid methyl ester(MSDMA) acrylic acid(AA),4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether(VPEG),the persulfate(APS) and the thioglycolic acid(TGA) as the raw materials. The results of performance test show that the product has the ability to decrease the viscosity and increase the intensity,and then it has the high protection of the slump,low sensitivity,better adaptability,which can achieve stability control the concrete quality.
