低碳粉煤灰用于瓷砖胶对其性能的影响研究

    摘要:以粉煤灰取代部分水泥,研究其对瓷砖胶性能的影响。试验结果表明,不同粉煤灰对瓷砖胶的粘结性能有影响,具有球形颗粒的粉煤灰可提高晾置时间内的拉伸粘结强度;但瓷砖胶的拉伸粘结强度随着粉煤灰掺量的增加呈下降趋势。粉煤灰掺量为20%时瓷砖胶的性能能符合JC/T 547—2017《陶瓷砖胶粘剂》标准要求。

Study on effects of low-carbon fly ash on tile adhesive

  Abstract:As a partial replacement for cement,fly ash is used in tile adhesive and studied its effect in performance. The result shows that different types of fly ash have effect in the adhesion of tile adhesive. Spherical fly ash can improve the adhesive strength in open time. The adhesive strength of tile adhesive decreased with the increase of the amount of fly ash. Tile adhesive with 20% fly ash replacement for cement can meet the requirement of standard JC/T 547—2017 "Tile adhesive".
