BRA复配纤维改性沥青混合料的技术性能与机理研

    摘要:基于改进后的车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、低温预切口SCB试验、四点弯曲疲劳试验,研究了布顿岩沥青(BRA)复合木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、玄武岩纤维改性沥青混合料的路用性能和耐久性。结果表明,BRA改性沥青混合料具有优良的高温性能和抗疲劳耐久性能;掺加木质素纤维、聚酯纤维和玄武岩纤维均可一定程度提高BRA改性沥青混合料的弯拉强度,显著增加弯拉应变和破坏应变能,BRA复配纤维改性沥青混合料具有优良的低温抗裂性能;掺加纤维可显著延长BRA改性混合料的疲劳寿命,同时降低了BRA改性沥青混合料的疲劳性能对应变水平的敏感性,聚酯纤维对BRA改性沥青混合料低温性能改善效果最佳,玄武岩纤维对BRA改性沥青混合料高温性能和疲劳性能改善效果最佳。

Technical performance and mechanism of BRA compound fiber modified asphalt mixture

   Abstract:Based on improved rutting test,low temperature bending test,low temperature pre-incision SCB test and four-point bending fatigue test,the road performance and durability of the BRA composite lignin,Polyester,basalt fiber modified asphalt were researched. The results show that the BRA modified asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature performance and anti-fatigue durability. The flexural strength of BRA modified asphalt mixture can be increased to a certain extent with the addition of lignin fiber,polyester fiber and basalt fiber,bending strain and failure strain energy can be increased remarkably,the BRA compound fiber modified asphalt mixture has excellent low temperature crack resistance,the fiber addition significantly increases the fatigue life of the BRA modified mixture and reduces the sensitivity of fatigue of the BRA modified mixture to strain level,the improvement effect of polyester fiber on the low temperature performance of BRA modified asphalt mixture is the best,basalt fiber has the best effect on improving the high temperature performance and fatigue property of BRA modified asphalt mixture.
