LDPE与DOP复合改性沥青及其混合料性能研究

    摘要:为了改善低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)改性沥青的低温性能,将增塑剂(DOP)掺入LDPE改性沥青对其进行增塑。通过不同改性剂掺量下的沥青性能试验确定了LDPE与DOP合适的掺量范围,通过高温车辙、低温小梁弯曲、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂试验评价了沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明:LDPE与DOP复配后,复合改性沥青的低温延展性得到明显提升,感温性能与抗老化性能也有一定改善;改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性大幅度改善,同时也具有良好的高温稳定性和水稳定性能。

Study on properties of LDPE and DOP composite modified asphalt and its mixture

    Abstract:In order to improve the low temperature cracking resistance of low density polyethylene(LDPE) modified asphalt,plasticizer(DOP) was incorporated into LDPE modified asphalt to plasticize it. The proper mixing ratio of LDPE and DOP was determined by the index of bitumen penetration system under different modifier dosage,the road performance of asphalt mixture was evaluated by high temperature rutting,low temperature beam bending,immersion Marshall,and freeze-thaw splitting test. The results show that the low temperature ductility of the composite modified asphalt has been improved obviously after the combination of LDPE and DOP,and the temperature sensitivity and anti aging properties have been improved. The combination of DOP and LDPE can greatly improve the low temperature crack resistance of LDPE modified asphalt mixture,and the composite modified asphalt mixture also has good high temperature stability and water stability.
