珊瑚礁砂特征指标对其砂浆强度的影响

    摘要:在海洋工程建设过程中可利用周边的珊瑚礁砂作为细骨料制备不需要配筋的海工砂浆。研究了珊瑚礁砂细度模数、片状颗粒含量、含水率和憎水预处理对砂浆性能的影响,并分析了砂浆的微观结构。结果表明:随着珊瑚礁砂细度模数或含水率的增加,珊瑚礁砂砂浆的流动度和抗折、抗压强度均先提高后降低;随着珊瑚礁砂片状颗粒含量或憎水剂浓度的增加,珊瑚礁砂砂浆的流动度增大,抗折、抗压强度先提高后降低。珊瑚礁砂砂浆28 d水化产物为Ca(OH)2、AFt、CaCO3和C-S-H凝胶。

The influence of coral reef sand characteristic on mortar strength

    Abstract:In the process of marine engineering construction,coral reef sand can be used as fine aggregate to prepare marine mortar structure which do not need reinforcement. The effects of fineness modulus,sheet content,water content and hydrophobic pretreatment on the properties of mortar and the microstructure of mortar were analyzed. The results showed that the fluidity,flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar  increased first and then decreased with the increase of the  fineness modules or water content of coral reef sand. The fluidity of mortar increased,and the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar increased first and then decreased with the increase of sheet content or hydrophobicity concentration. The hydration products of 28 d coral reef sand mortar is Ca(OH)2,AFt,CaCO3 and C-S-H.
