一种负温支座砂浆的性能研究

    摘要:支座砂浆是支座施工中必不可少的灌浆材料,为了满足冬季支座施工的要求,在普通支座砂浆性能研究的基础上制备了一种负温支座砂浆。以硫铝酸盐水泥、高铝水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥复配作为主要胶凝材料,添加适量的缓凝剂和防冻剂,通过正交试验确定砂浆的最优配合比。结果表明,所研制的负温支座砂浆能有效地降低冰点,提高其早期强度,能够满足-5 ℃环境条件下砂浆的技术要求和施工使用要求,可以减少冬季施工的养护,加快冬季施工速度。

Research about performance of a negative temperature bearing mortar

    Abstract:Bearing mortar is essential grouting material during the construction of a bearing. In order to meet the requirements of bearing in winter construction,a negative temperature bearing mortar is developed on the basis of performance study of the ordinary bearing mortar. With sulphur aluminate cement,alumina cement and ordinary portland cement as the main binding material,adding the right amount of retarder and antifreeze agent,the optimal mix ratio of mortar is determined through orthogonal test. The tests indicate that the negative temperature bearing mortar can effectively reduce the freezing point,improve the early strength,satisfy the various technique indexes and the construction requirements of the mortar under the environment condition of -5 ℃,reduce the maintenance of winter construction,and speed up the winter construction.
