湿热老化碳纤维聚氨酯水泥电阻率与力学性能关

    摘要:采用人工加速湿热老化对不同老化条件与时段下聚氨酯水泥(CPUC)电阻率与力学特性之间的变化规律进行了测试研究,并对其变化机理进行了分析。结果表明:湿热作用对CPUC电阻率和力学性能的影响较大,湿热加速老化条件下,CPUC的力学性能呈现先小幅上升、随后迅速下降、最后逐渐平稳衰减的趋势,初期以水泥的水化反应为主,8 d后聚氨酯水解老化占主导因素,电阻率与强度之间具有显著的相关性,可用电阻率的变化判别其力学性能的变化。

The research on relationship between electrical resistivity and mechanical properties
in hygrothermal aging of carbon fiber polyurethane cement

   Abstract:The change law of the electrical resistivity and mechanical properties of carbon fiber polyurethane cement(CPUC) under different aging conditions and periods were tested by artificial accelerated hygrothermal aging test,and its change mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the hydrothermal action has a great effect on CPUC resistivity and mechanical properties. Under hygrothermal aging condition,the tendency of mechanical properties rises slightly at the beginning,then declines rapidly,and eventually attenuates steadily. In the initial stage,the hydration reaction of cement is the main reaction,then the hydrolysis aging of polyurethane occupies the dominant factor after 8 days. There is a significant correlation between the change of resistivity and the change of strength. The change of resistivity may be used to judge the change of its mechanical properties.
