水处理污泥-偏高岭土基地聚物的制备和性能研究

    摘要:研究了采用稻壳灰、氢氧化钠复合激发偏高岭土和未经煅烧的水处理污泥制备地聚物的可行性,探讨了水处理污泥掺量对地聚物凝结时间、力学性能和渗透性的影响。结果表明:水处理污泥掺量的增加,会在一定程度上延长地聚物的凝结时间,降低地聚物的流动性,增大孔隙率和吸水率,降低弯曲强度和抗压强度。当污泥掺量为20%、养护龄期为28 d时,偏高岭土基地聚物的弯曲强度为9.7 MPa,抗压强度为26.95 MPa。

Study on the preparation and performance of water treatment sludge-metakaolin based geopolymer

  Abstract:The feasibility of producing geopolymer by non-calcined water treatment sludge and metakaolin which was activated by the compound of NaOH and rice husk ash was researched. The effect of dosage of water treatment sludge on the setting time,mechanical properties and permeability of geopolymer was explored. The results showed that with the increase of the sludge content,the setting time of geopolymer mortar extended to a certain extent,the fluidity reduced,the porosity and permeability increased,and the flexural strength and compressive strength decreased. By controlling the sludge content of 20% and curing age at 28 days,the metakaolin based geopolymer has a flexural strength of 9.7 MPa and a compressive strength of 26.95 MPa.
