早强剂对微膨胀注浆料早期力学性能的影响研究

    摘要：对比分析了在标准养护条件下，早强剂种类和掺量对微膨胀注浆料早期力学性能的影响。结果表明：当早强剂掺量相同的条件下，相对于甲酸钙和硅酸钠，硫酸钠能够明显提高微膨胀注浆料的强度；随着硫酸钠掺量增大，微膨胀注浆料的早期强度逐渐提高，当其掺量为0.8%时，注浆料的早期强度达到最高。

Effect of early strength agent on early mechanical properties of micro-expansive grouting

   Abstract：The effects of early strength agent types and dosages on early mechanical properties of micro-expansive grouting material under standard curing conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show：when the strength of the early strength of the same conditions，relative to calcium formate and sodium silicate，sodium sulfate can significantly improve the mechanical properties of micro-expansion grouting material. With the increase of the content of sodium sulfate，the early strength of the micro-expansion grouting material gradually increases. When the dosage is 0.8%，the early strength of the grouting material reaches the maximum.
