早强剂对微膨胀注浆料早期力学性能的影响研究

    摘要:对比分析了在标准养护条件下,早强剂种类和掺量对微膨胀注浆料早期力学性能的影响。结果表明:当早强剂掺量相同的条件下,相对于甲酸钙和硅酸钠,硫酸钠能够明显提高微膨胀注浆料的强度;随着硫酸钠掺量增大,微膨胀注浆料的早期强度逐渐提高,当其掺量为0.8%时,注浆料的早期强度达到最高。

Effect of early strength agent on early mechanical properties of micro-expansive grouting

   Abstract:The effects of early strength agent types and dosages on early mechanical properties of micro-expansive grouting material under standard curing conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show:when the strength of the early strength of the same conditions,relative to calcium formate and sodium silicate,sodium sulfate can significantly improve the mechanical properties of micro-expansion grouting material. With the increase of the content of sodium sulfate,the early strength of the micro-expansion grouting material gradually increases. When the dosage is 0.8%,the early strength of the grouting material reaches the maximum.
