屋面双板复合保温隔热材料方案设计与性能分析

    摘要:针对当前市场上保温隔热材料存在的优缺点,设计一种能实现不同保温隔热材料之间优势互补的新型屋面双板复合保温隔热材料。双板复合保温隔热材料由硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料板与真空绝热板通过粘结砂浆贴合构造,依据推导公式设计2种保温隔热材料的组合方案,并实测了复合保温隔热材料的导热系数。测试结果能满足既定工程关于导热系数与保温层厚度的要求。同时探讨了引起实测导热系数值与设计值差异的原因,得出主要是由于热桥效应引起材料保温隔热性能的降低,导致两者间数值的差异。

Scheme design and performance analysis of double-board composite thermal insulation material for roof

    Abstract:In view of the advantages and shortages for the existing thermal insulation materials in the market,a new type composite thermal insulation material which can achieve synergies in different thermal insulation materials is designed. The composite material of double-board thermal insulation material is assembled using rigid polyurethane foam board laminated with vacuum insulation panel by binding mortar,and the combination of two kind thermal insulation materials is designed according to the derivation formula. Thermal conductivity coefficient of the composite thermal insulation material was tested in the laboratory. The test results can meet the requirements of engineering regarding the heat transfer coefficient and the thickness of the insulation layer. In this paper,the reason for the difference between the measured thermal conductivity coefficient and the design value are also discussed. The main reason is the reduction of thermal insulation effect caused by thermal bridge, which leads to the difference of the numerical value between the two.
