    摘要：基于热力学分类角度，阐述一级相变与二级相变材料在建筑领域的种类及应用情况，并着重分析了固-固相变中多元醇的组合以及封存方式。对未来应用于建筑领域的二级相变材料提出研究方向。

Study on performance of building phase change material based on thermodynamic classification

    Abstract：Based on the thermodynamic classification，the types and applications of first order phase change and second order phase change are expounded. The combination and storage method of polyol in solid-solid phase change are emphatically analyzed，and the research direction is put forward for the second order phase change material which will be applied in the construction field in the future.
