基于复合相变材料的室内自调温系统设计

    摘要:以精制固体石蜡、液体石蜡、十二醇熔融混合物作为主要相变材料,通过加入氯化石蜡、石墨纤维等材料改善其相变敏感性,制备出高性能复合相变材料。将高性能复合相变材料与室内装饰系统相结合,设计出一套基于复合相变材料的室内自调温系统。该系统可在季节变化或室内温度发生波动时,使相变材料发生相变吸收或释放热量,从而实现室内温度的自我调节,降低制冷或取暖能耗。与装饰吊顶、环保集成内隔墙板等结合应用于室内装饰,实用、高效。

Design of indoor temperature control system based on composite phase change materials

    Abstract:The composite high performance phase change materials are prepared based on the refined paraffin,liquid paraffin and lauryl alcohol,mixed with chlorinated paraffin,graphite fibre and other material which can improve the sensitivity and quality of the products. The system combining the high performance composite phase change material with the indoor decoration can accomplish the self-regulation of indoor temperature,reduce the consumption of the cooling or heating energy as well by absorbing or releasing heat through the phase change when season turns or indoor temperature fluctuates. Add the PCM to the interior decoration materials such as furred ceiling,environmental integrated wall,and then apply it to the buildings to form temperature control system. Research shows that this system can operate practicably.
