铝合金型材空腔填充聚氨酯泡沫和聚乙烯海绵对

    摘要:采用Therm软件对断桥铝合金型材节点空腔位置填充聚乙烯海绵和聚氨酯泡沫的5个方案进行模拟分析,得出不同方案的各个型材节点的K值。对数据进行分析表明,模型②、③、④、⑤、⑥相对型材空腔不填充任何材料的模型①都能减小铝合金型材节点的K值;隔热条的长度越长,模型②、③、④、⑤、⑥的节能效果越明显,其中,效果最好的是在隔热条之间的空腔位置完全填充聚氨酯泡沫同时玻璃与型材间的空腔位置增加聚乙烯海绵,可大大降低铝合金型材节点的K值,显著提高其节能效果。

Effect of aluminum alloy profiles' different cavity filled with polyurethane foam and
polyethylene sponge on the heat transfer coefficient of section

    Abstract:Therm software was used as the simulation and analysis software,and the five schemes of the aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip were simulated and analyzed,which had cavity filled with polyethylene sponge and polyurethane foam,obtaining the K value of various profiles' section with different thermal barrier strip in different schemes. Based on the data analysis,the schemes ②③④⑤⑥ could reduce the K value of aluminum alloy profiles' section relative to the scheme ① of aluminum alloy profiles' cavity which wasn't filled with anything. As the length of the thermal barrier strip increased,the energy-saving effect of the schemes ②③④⑤⑥ got better. The scheme of aluminum alloy profiles' cavity filled with polyurethane foam absolutely and the cavity between the glass and profile filled with polyethylene sponge was best,reducing the K value of aluminum alloy profiles' section greatly and improving its energy-saving effect observably.
