硫铝酸盐水泥基快硬混凝土改性试验研究

    摘要:通过添加复合掺合料和聚丙烯纤维对硫铝酸盐水泥基快硬混凝土进行改性,研究了复合掺合料、聚丙烯纤维对快硬混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:复合掺合料掺量为10%、聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%为最优改性方案,试件的4 h抗压、抗折强度较基准混凝土分别提高4.4%和12.2%,28 d抗折强度提高19.2%。

Modified experiment study on the rapid hardening concrete of sulfur aluminum cement base

    Abstract:The rapid hardening concrete of sulfur aluminum cement base was modified by adding composite admixture and polypropylene fiber. The influence of composite admixture and polypropylene fiber on mechanical properties of the rapid hardening concrete was summarized. The results show that the optimal modification scheme is composite admixture of 10% and the polypropylene fiber content of 0.2%,the compressive strength and flexural strength at 4 h are 4.4% and 12.2% higher than those of the benchmark concrete respectively,and 28 d flexural strength increased by 19.2%.
