C40自密实镜面混凝土镜面效果持久性试验研究

    摘要：镜面混凝土集结构和装饰于一体，较一般混凝土具有更好的工作性能。但在使用中受外界环境等因素的影响，使镜面混凝土的镜面效果不能长期维持。采用合适的同一配比成型镜面胶砂试件，养护28 d后对部分试件表面分别进行一次打蜡或涂刷常温固化型氟树脂（FEVE）涂料处理。并将试件放置在不同环境下，观察其镜面效果的变化情况。试验发现，涂有常温固化型氟树脂（FEVE）涂料的试件放置于潮湿环境下仍能长时间保持较好的镜面效果。

Experimental study on durability of mirror effect of C40 self-compacting mirror concrete

    Abstract：With the function of structure and decoration，mirror concrete has better performance compared to ordinary concrete. However，the mirror effect of the mirror concrete cannot be maintained for a long time in the process of use due to the influence of external environment and other factors. Choosing mirror mortar specimens formed with appropriate same proportion，treat the surface of part specimens by waxing or brushing room-temperature cured fluorine resin（FEVE） coating after curing for 28 days. Place the specimens in different environments，and observe the changes of the mirror effect. The test results show that the specimens coated with room-temperature cured fluorine resin（FEVE） coating can still maintain good mirror effect for a long time under a
humid environment.
