橡胶颗粒改性大空隙率环氧树脂冷拌混凝土配合

    摘要:为拓宽环氧树脂混凝土在公路工程中的应用以及提供一种废旧轮胎再生利用的新途径,对橡胶颗粒改性大空隙率环氧树脂冷拌混凝土配合比进行系统研究,采用正交试验,以动稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、低温破坏应变、紫外老化前后飞散损失衰减率等指标进行优选,研究了环氧树脂、橡胶颗粒以及碳黑的最优掺量。试验结果表明,综合高温性能、低温韧性、水稳定性和抗紫外线老化性能,适宜的橡胶颗粒改性大空隙率环氧树脂冷拌混凝土的配合比为:环氧树脂5%、橡胶颗粒取代5%细集料、碳黑2%。

Orthogonal experimental research on mix ratio of rubber particles modified cold mix epoxy resin concrete with big void fraction

    Abstract:In order to broaden the application of epoxy resin concrete in highway engineering,and provide a new way of waste tyre recycling,the mix proportion for rubber particles modified cold mix epoxy resin concrete with big void fraction was systematically researched. Through orthogonal design,based on the index optimization of dynamic stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio,low temperature fracture strain and flying loss before and after ultraviolet aging attenuation,this paper studied the optimal dosage of epoxy resin,the rubber particles,and carbon black. Test results show that in comprehensive consideration of the performance of high temperature,low temperature toughness,water stability and anti-ultraviolet ageing performance,suitable mix proportion for rubber particles modified cold mix epoxy resin concrete with big void fraction is:5% of epoxy resin,rubber particles substitutes 5% of fine aggregate,and 2% of carbon black content.
