活性粉末混凝土的组成及养护条件对其力学性能

    摘要:研究了微碳铬铁粉渣掺量、砂用量及粒径、钢纤维掺量及养护条件对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着微碳铬铁粉渣掺量的增加,RPC的强度降低,但其掺量占水泥质量的120%时,RPC的抗压强度仍在60 MPa以上;随着砂最大粒径的减小,RPC的强度降低;随着砂用量和钢纤维掺量的增加,RPC的抗压强度均基本呈先提高后降低的趋势,最佳砂灰比为2.0,最佳钢纤维体积掺量为2%;不同养护方式下养护的RPC强度以90 ℃水养最高,标准养护次之,室内自然养护最低。

Influence of components and curing conditions of reactive powder concrete on its mechanical property

    Abstract:The influence of the contents of micro carbon ferrochrome powder,sand,fiber,the fineness of sand and the curing condition of reactive powder concrete(RPC) on its mechanical properties has been studied. The results show that the mechanical
properties of RPC decrease with the increase of the content of micro carbon ferrochrome powder. The strength of RPC is still above 60 MPa when the content of micro carbon ferrochrome powder accounted for nearly 120% of total gelled material. The strength of RPC decreases with the maximum particle size of sand decreasing,and increases first and decreases with the dosage increase of sand and fiber,the optimal sand/cement ratio is 2.0,the optimal volume of steel fiber is 2% that of RPC. Among the strengths of RPC cured by different methods,the best is in 90 ℃ water,next is standard curing and lowest in natural condition indoor.
