钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维高性能混凝土力学性能试验

    摘要:研究了钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维掺量对高性能混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并对影响机理进行了分析。结果表明,合理的纤维掺量对高性能混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均有一定的提高效果,对劈裂抗拉强度提高效果尤为显著。根据试验结果给出了掺钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维高性能混凝土抗压和劈裂抗拉强度的计算公式。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of high performance steel fiber and
polypropylene fiber concrete

    Abstract:The effects of different content of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of HPC were contrasted. The mechanical properties changes of steel and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete were analyzed. The results show that reasonable amount of fiber can increase the compressive and splitting tensile strength of HPC,especially for splitting tensile strength. Finally,according to the test results,the formula of compressive and splitting tensile strength of HPC with steel and polypropylene fiber is proposed.
