试车场高速环道曲面段沥青混合料配合比设计

    摘要:选择粗细不同的5组AC-25级配,通过室内试验对高速环道曲面段沥青路面施工中倾斜面的模拟,得出在倾角为70°左右的斜面上,为保证施工中混合料不出现下滑及变形等问题,AC-25级配4.75 mm筛孔通过率应在50%以上,2.36 mm筛孔通过率为40%左右,曲线应靠近JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》规定的上限,中下限范围难以满足要求。通过实际工程验证,该级配限定范围具有可行性。

The bituminous mixture ratio design for high-speed loop bend surface of proving ground

    Abstract:Five different mixtures of AC-25 are adopted to test which simulate the inclined plane of bend surface for high-speed loop in laboratory. Through the test,in order to avoid slipping and distortion of the mixture in the inclined plane which has an angle of 70 degrees with the horizontal plane,the following conclusions are drawn:for AC-25,the pass rate of 4.75 mm sieve must be more than 50%,the pass rate of 2.36 mm sieve must be about 40%,the curve have to close to the upper limit as specified in standard JTG F40—2004 "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements",the middle and low limit can't meet requirements. Finally,confirmed by engineering,this ratio limit is feasible.
