糊精丁二酸酯对水泥水化历程影响的研究

    摘要:以麦芽糊精和丁二酸酐为原料,合成了不同取代度(DS)和重均分子质量(Mw)的糊精丁二酸酯,并利用水化热、强度测试及XRD、TG-DSC、SEM等表征方法研究了原糊精和糊精丁二酸酯对水泥水化历程的影响。研究结果表明,糊精丁二酸酯比原糊精对水化放热速率峰值的降低效果明显,并且随着DS及Mw的增大,对水化放热速率峰值的降低效果增强。掺原糊精及糊精丁二酸酯均会引起水泥砂浆早期强度的降低,但不影响最终强度的发展。微观测试结果与水化热及强度测试结果一致,掺原糊精及糊精丁二酸酯仅减缓了水泥的早期水化,但不影响后期水化产物的形成。

Effect of dextrin succinate on cement hydration process

    Abstract:Dextrin succinate with different degree of substitution(DS) and different weight average molecular weight(Mw) were synthesized from dextrin and succinic anhydride. The effect of raw dextrin and dextrin succinate on the hydration of cement was investigated by using isothermal calorimetry measurements,compressive strength tests,XRD,TG-DSC and SEM. The results showed that dextrin succinate decreased the peak value of hydration exothermic rate more obvious than raw dextrin. The peak value of hydration exothermic rate decreased with the increasing in DS and Mw of dextrin succinate. Both raw dextrin and dextrin succinate would decrease the early strength of cement mortars,but had no significant effect on the later strength. The results of microstructure tests were consistent with the results of isothermal calorimetry measurements and compressive strength tests. The initial hydration of cement was delayed by the addition of dextrin and dextrin succinate,but the final hydration was not affected.
